How to Use

Steep the herbal sachet in hot water for 5–10 minutes. Carefully remove, gently squeeze out excess water, and apply to the desired area for 10–20 minutes. Repeat as many times as desired throughout 24 hours  

To enjoy as a cooling compress, refrigerate after steeping until cool before applying.

Care Instructions

Store refrigerated if reusing the same day and discard after 24 hours.
